Coastal Comedy Connection brings the joy and power of participating in improv comedy directly to those who may not have access to typical improv theater spaces. We specialize in the therapeutic aspects of improv, leading playful, adaptive workshops for individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and older adults in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Our sessions are customized to each group’s needs and interests, using laughter, storytelling, and creative games to build connection, confidence, and communication. Our instructors travel to locations throughout Southern New England, typically Eastern Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island—creating safe and fun spaces where everyone can shine.
